Live Grief Support Group · Nov 17 – Feb 9
Five live group sessions to help you walk through Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s and Valentine’s Day after losing your spouse or someone you love — with a guide who has sat in that chair, and a room of people who understand.
Live on Zoom · Every session recorded · Support between sessions
If that’s you, nothing is wrong with you. This is what love looks like when the person is gone.
You won’t be handed platitudes. Each session meets you ahead of one specific holiday with real, practical insight on how to handle it, how to honor the person you lost, and how to protect your healing — so you walk into each date with a plan instead of dread.
Tuesdays at 7:30 PM ET on Zoom. Each hour includes teaching, practical tools and open time for your questions.

Facing the holidays without your husband, wife or life partner — whether it’s your first season or your fifth.
A parent, child, sibling, grandparent or best friend. Your loss counts, and your holidays are changed too.
Come as you are. Cameras are optional, and you never have to share more than you want to.
Grief doesn’t keep a schedule, and neither do the questions that come up. That’s why the support runs between the sessions too.
I know what it is to walk into a holiday with a hole where the person should be. I lost my wife, and I had to learn how to get through the days that used to be the best ones on the calendar.
I’m a certified life coach, speaker and author, and I created Surviving the Season to give you what I wish I’d had: a guide who has been there, practical tools that work, and people to walk it with.
You don’t need to be strong alone. You need the right people and a plan.
Tiran on stage: real stories, real tools, and room for every question.
